As all our products are handmade, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before your order is shipped. We take great care to ensure your items are packaged safely and delivered to you promptly. Thank you for your patience!

 

Return Eligibility:

Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase or receipt.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send the item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Order Cancellations:

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
